The Winter PHS Wellness Grant application is now open! Eligible schools can apply for $100-$1,000 in wellness funds to support the health and well-being of their students and staff. Winter wellness grant applications are being accepted through January 31st. Please reach out to your PHS Wellness Coordinator (Brad or Jacob) if you have any questions regarding this funding opportunity. We look forward to awarding more school wellness grants in February.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education & Psychology from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Eastern Michigan University.
